All Caribbean Odyssey boats have arrived safely in Barbados

Late on Thursday afternoon saw the arrival of Tubalcain, whose crew were happy to make landfall after their 2020 miles of 14 days passage from Mindelo in the Cape Verde Islands.

Serenity followed early on Friday morning.

As Serenity made its way into the small boat harbour, the crew of Tubalcain were ready to take their lines.

Sina was the next to arrive.

It was now the turn of Serenity’s crew to welcome and help the new arrivals.

Dawn on Saturday saw the arrival of Wilderness whose captain Charles Wilding was rushed ashore to complete entry formalities before the weekend.

With all boats in, some crews decided to stay at anchor in Carlisle Bay, while others preferred the centrally located Careenage.
