Atlantic Odyssey II 2015: Final Roundup

With Finally My Darling having arrived safely in Martinique on 18th February, this was the last yacht to receive their warm welcome by the Le Marin marina staff.

The crews ended their crossing with a farewell party, receiving presents and awards, as well as enjoying the magnificent spread of food, and music played by a musician from St. Pierre.

Along with all the boats receiving prizes, Roxy was presented with the Medallion of the City and the children were awarded their ‘Young Argonaut’ certificates.

Elliott and Marina Haynes of NEPTUNE II and Sam Graves of PENNY LANE were presented with “Young Argonaut” certificates in recognition of their crossing of the Atlantic


The AO2 fleet awards the crew of DOUDOU with a package of Doudou brand toilet paper, a best-selling brand in Martinique

All the participants thanked the Tourist Board for their hospitality by presenting them with a ‘thank you’ card with a photo of each boat and signatures from their crew.
