Non-competitive transatlantic rally for cruising sailors, from Tenerife in the Canary Islands to Barbados in the Caribbean.
Launched in 2013 by Jimmy Cornell, the success of this rally is based on the atmosphere of friendly interaction between participants.
To maintain this unique atmosphere, the number of boats is limited to maximum 50.
An interesting aspect of the Atlantic & Caribbean Odyssey is the large number of families with children.
Choose your start date and route:
- Try the classic November non-stop crossing from Tenerife to Barbados, ready for a Caribbean Christmas: Atlantic Odyssey.
- Spend Christmas in Tenerife and make a direct passage to Barbados in January: Caribbean Odyssey.
Note: The Caribbean Odyssey direct route to Barbados is no longer taking place, all yachts will make a stopover in Cape Verdes. (Caribbean Odyssey CV, see below)
