The European Odyssey participants are assured of a warm welcome in Rabat, capital of Morocco.
Their place at Bouregreg Marina is already reserved, and the programme of activities which will be offered to them has been discussed following a meeting at the marina between M. Fahd El Mejjati, Directeur Général, M. Amine Benmimoun, Chef de Projet, and Pascal Guiraudou for Cornell Sailing.
A cultural event will be organised on the day after the boats arrive from Lisbon, and a variety of guided visits have been arranged: to the Kasbah of the Oudayas, to Chellah, and the Rabat medina.
There will be enough time during the stopover for the visitors to discover the charms of Moroccan culture at their own pace.
