visitors from all corners of the planet to admire a virtual fashion parade of the latest and most advanced yachts.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cornellsailing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Boot2-1.jpg\" width=\"680\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cornellsailing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Boot2-2.jpg\" width=\"680\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The <em>Cornell Sailing Events<\/em> stand, sponsored by the <em>Tenerife Port Authority<\/em> and <em>Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc.<\/em>, was visited by many sailors planning to cross the Atlantic in one of <a href=\"http:\/\/cornellsailing.com\/odysseys\/choose-odyssey\/\">our events<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><div style=\"width: 690px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cornellsailing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Boot2-3.jpg\" width=\"680\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Our youngest visitor<\/p><\/div> <div style=\"width: 690px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cornellsailing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Boot2-4.jpg\" width=\"680\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">J\u00fcrgen Vollner and Bettina Georgiou-Vollner whose \u201cLevante\u201d will sail in this year\u2019s Atlantic Odyssey<\/p><\/div> <div style=\"width: 690px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cornellsailing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Boot2-5.jpg\" width=\"680\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Garcia Exploration 52<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n<p>The <em>Garcia<\/em> boatyard, who built <a href=\"http:\/\/cornellsailing.com\/aventura\/about-aventura\/\">my own <em>Exploration 45<\/em><\/a>, that took me through the Northwest Passage, exhibited here her largest sister, the <em>Exploration 52.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cornellsailing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Boot2-6.jpg\" width=\"680\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This stunning yacht can only be described as a state-of-the-art vessel, and was nominated for this year\u2019s <em>European Yacht of the Year<\/em> award.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cornellsailing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Boot2-7.jpg\" width=\"680\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It was amazing to see what a difference of 7 feet in length can make, resulting in a much more spacious yacht than the 45.<\/p>\n<p>I must admit that my visit was marred by a slight tinge of envy\u2026 and I am sure that I was not the only sailors with this feeling when stepping off this marvelous machine ready to take you anywhere on this planet.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.puertosdetenerife.org\/index.php\/en\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\"
