I threw up twice in about 1 <br \/> hour, but not again after that and I now feel a lot better.<\/p>\n<p>Your body has to get used to the constant movement of the boat: this can <br \/> take up to 3 days.<\/p>\n<p>We started from Nuuk the capital of Greenland, and sailed up the <br \/> Greenland coast to Aasiaat. This was 300 miles, two nights at sea, and <br \/> we arrived on the third day.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, we crossed the Arctic Circle at latitude, 66\u00b034.
