The Barbados 50 boats will be berthed at Limehouse Basin, next to the Headquarters of the Cruising Association, a short walk from Tower Bridge and with excellent transport links to central London.

The start of Barbados 50 will be marked by the boats having Tower Bridge opened especially for them to sail through into the Pool of London next to the Tower of London, before heading downstream on a seafaring route that links London to the former colony of Barbados, in 2016 celebrating 50 years of independence.
